The Monte Carlo in Las Vegas once had a Mexican restaurant known as "Diablo's Cantina" which opened in 2007 replacing part of the casino's European-style front facade. The restaurant lasted until 2017 when it closed during Monte Carlo's transformation into Park MGM. It would later re-open at the nearby Luxor in 2018 replacing Tacos & Tequila.
