Phoenix, the Prince of Flame
The highest ranked of everyone in the Starmada, Phoenix is trusted with being their leader, but that did not come without consequences. Being the leader would result in him becoming a high priority target for people against the Starmada or Mapleglen, which resulted in him suffering an attempt at assassination. It was thanks to Javier and Staven that a new body was given to him, but Chronos gave a piece of his own conscience to allow Phoenix to wake up again. Even despite this setback, Phoenix still stands strong and somewhat happy today. Some unique powers he was given include an ever rebirthing flame, allowing him to be a powerful healer to himself or allies, allowing massively precise control over a large collection of weapons, and the power to transform. He is able to shift from a human form, to a large feral or anthropomorphic firebird, all forms he loves quite a bit. Phoenix carries seven unique weapons, each with a name that he has given them. A sword, shield, lance, axe, guitar, boomerang, and pickaxe, named, respectively, Solar Flare, Fire Force, Supernova, Magma Storm, Sizzling Song, Razorwing, and Volcanic Strife. Despite having all this power, and being a highly ranked leader, Phoenix does his best to not abuse his power.
Assigned partner: Chronos
The oldest member of the Starmada, Chronos served as Sanctum’s right hand man and historian until Phoenix came around. Now, Chronos sees Phoenix as his master, despite Phoenix not seeing Chronos as someone below him. Chronos is entirely mechanical, and, as his name would suggest, Chronos is able to manipulate the flow of time, from slowing it down, to stopping it entirely. His size is also adjustable thanks to the watch on Phoenix’s left arm, with his normal size being ten feet tall, his smallest being three inches, and biggest being three hundred feet. His wisdom and comfortable tones allow him to be the perfect friend for Phoenix.
It’s my own birthday today, so I decided to do a proper portrait of Phoenix and Chronos together, just like I did with Cassandra earlier this year!
