What started out as a parody of Radar's Armistice turned into a full fledged character design, inspired by a few of my fav propeller shmups. Been working on this on and off for a while.

Designing Ceasefire made me want to flesh out the whole Air Raid idea from earlier into a story is part of my "World of Hearts" universe, taking place shortly after WW2. Ms. Danse over here is a boss character, she's in charge of a big war train. Her organization, White Noise, is arming the rest of the world in order to "level the playing field". Should the fate of the world be kept in the hands of two bickering superpowers? Should smaller nations be trusted with the power to change history?

Unfortunately, those are questions you don't have the luxury of answering. You're just a dog of war, after all.
