Hey I'm posting old stories on this site, this was made back in 2019. Like before Pokemon SW/SH. Like 5 years later, this had to be one of the good old stories I've made.

Ty goes to the Alola Region, and he goes to Konikoni City. He went to the trail with Mellow. Ty was looking at the Mago Berry.
"Avoid that," Mallow tells.
"Oh, honey! "Ty's going after the honey. While he stops by, a Comfey stops in front of him.
"Oh, sorry, Comfey, I'm borrowing your honey." he walked away from Comfey.
He went back to Mallow again, and he put the honey in the pot. Mallow adds roots and puts them in the pot. She begins to stir. She tastes the soup.
"Ta da! The Super Mallow special is done! It smells great.
Something strange behind Ty, a Lurantis was behind Ty.
"Gardevior, I choose you! " Gardeior got released in the Pokeball.
"Gardevoir uses Disarming Voice!" Ty tells Gardevoir, and Gardevoir screams at Lurantis.
Lurantis uses Fury Cutter to go after Gardevior, a slash going out of nowhere. Terry, with her Garchomp and Cramorant, uses a slash at Lurantis. Lurantis is going after Terry, and Cramorant uses Brave Bird on Lurantis. Lurantis Knock Back.
"Garchomp, return." Garchomp has gone back to her Poké Ball.
"Thank you! What's your name? " Ty asked.
"Terry," she answered.
"Hey, what is that Pokémon you got here?" Mallow asked.
"Oh, that's a Cormorant!" Terry walked to Mallow.
Ty looks at the Cormorant, looks very dead in the eye.
“Is it okay?” Ty asked.
“Oh she likes to eat stuff,” Terry said. “ Her name is Kazooie,”
As Ty leaves the girls, they are chatty. Ty saw a fruit, and he walked to it. He picks out and eats it, and it tastes sour.
*Split! *
"Eeew! Gross! " He continued walking, and he noticed his hands merge together.
"What? " he exclaimed, he started to feel more like a plant than a human.
His torso, arms, and legs are dark purple, his hips turn white, and his head is white. His nose shrank, his hair grew green.
"Hey, Ty! We're going swimming! You want to" Ty saw Terry Half naked, he started to bleed blood on his mouth.
"Ahh! " Terry runs away.
His arms turn slender and rounded, his hands shrink, his legs grow, and his clothes ripen.
His gender has changed from male to female, and a purple crown pops up. His mouth shuts, ending her transformation.
Ty's memories will change, having memories of Pokémon. Lots of Pokémon gather around her, being the new Queen. A few hours after Kazooie walks in front of Tsareena, she starts to choke and splits a shield with a green gem.
