Muto history
The Mutos had a long history with Lugias and the quicksliver family being they come form the Slowking who watch over Shamouti Island that watch over Lightning Island, Ice Island, and Fire Island and saw that the Shamouti Prophecy come true with the Human and Lugia of that prophecy this landed the family close ties to the Quicksliver family and as such one Muto would all ways look after it lugia's while the family can be a bit odd they loyalty to the Quickslivers is one that can never be broken they even gifted long life's

Muto brothers
In the current generation of the Mutos there are 3 brothers of note Cosilium Muto who is the first born and oldest who become a Shiny Johtonian Slowking Atem Muto who become a Johtonian Slowking and Bakura Muto who become a Galarian Slowking they was very close to each other Cosilium would go to join the Sliver monks to follow in their family path while Atem would become a Fortune Teller and Bakura would go to the silver wing kingdom

Cosilium Magic
Cosilium would find that he was very skill at magic so much so he would become a Wizard and a highly skilled one at that but then one day he use a spell he did not know he had it was more powerful then anything he saw Yemma seeing this send him off to Spectra Shinto once at her after some training and tests she tell him he can use a form of magic known as Ancient magic the most pure and powerful form of magic made by the Firstborn Mew of Magic only those who are form that mew bloodline or those rare few who are bless by the mew telling him Ancient magic appeared in traces or "whispers", the colour of which depended on the nature of the magic, to those with the ability to harness it. In addition to the distinct abilities they alone possessed, those with this gift could also access unique expressions of more ordinary magic, augmenting their spells with increased power and potency she is one of the few who can all so use this form of magic but she rarely uses it only if needed she warn him to be careful how he uses it as it can corrupt and lead to a more darker form of it he can all so see traces of ancient magic and he could both visually and aurally perceive echoes of magic normally invisible to ordinary witches and wizards and could easily interact with such echoes with her training he would master this form of magic becoming more powerful then his brothers and return to the Sliver monks

Sliver monk leader
With his new power many was in aw of his new powers he quickly go up in the ranks becoming one of it leaders under Yemma in this time he and Yemma would become close friends around this time he meet Puntder a galarian zapdos he save form a group of bad pokemon and become close to so Puntder would become his diaper this give him their moves and speed

Arthur Quicksilver right hand
He would one day follow his family path and would meet with Arthur Quicksilver forming a strong friendship and being his right hand he would move to Swia taking some of the sliver monks with him and there work for him along with the royal family Arthur work for Apollo often come to him for his wise words and he was well known in the kingdom for being one of the few people who could beat Arthur in a fight this was thanks both to his power of Ancient magic but all so the Mutos are all so trained in ways to defeat the Quicksliver family this was done so in case anything happen to Yemma and his family there all ways be a few others who could keep the family in check like having Stellar type as their Tera type as Stellar is strong on all types and even the type training the family gets can't protect them form the weakness of Stellar type all so Cosilium would have moves and spells that can all so beat the quickslivers on top of his Ancient magic that can all so be used to beat them and he all ways have fun teasing and making fun of Arthur for fun because he can't beat him as such Arthur learn to not do anything that make him pull out his Wand as he knew if he mess with him he be in for a bad time but would be very close to each other so much so Arthur would give him a silver wing that he would put on his Wand he would all so be the second in command of his elemental knights

Falling out
As he worked in Swia he soon find that his brother Atem had left the Circus of Joy and set up a shop in Swia the two would catch up he would ask him why he left the Circus and tease and make fun of him for now asking Mochi Greenwater out given form the letters he gotten he care deeply about her he then noticed the Millennium Puzzle and smile seeing he found a Millennium item he then ask who the Spirit inside of it this shocked Atem as he never told him about Yami and ask how he knew and told him it thanks to his Ancient magic he can sense him Atem smile telling him about Yami however he noted Yami seems to hesitant about him likely because of his power as he Atem admits that why he can seem terrifying at times he told him that he was much worse then him when pushed to it Cosilium laugh as it was true he then told him that their brother however when he learned about him having the Millennium item given how much he into things like the Millennium items he snapped at him for finding it however sometime later things gotten worse when Arthur brother Lancelot Quicksilver in effort to keep the lugia's safe did something that the royal family did not like Cosilium was there with Arthur when he choose to side with the royal family and outcast his brother in rage Lancelot left with a few lugia's loyal to him at this time Bakura snapped at Cosiliumfor siding with Arthur choice given how close Bakura is to Lancelot he knew he not take it well Atem who was there try to keep the peace with the two but he told them he hated them both for what they got he vow he find a power as powerful as Cosilium magic and Atem Millennium Puzzle even making his own Millennium items if he needs to and left with Lancelot

Fall of Swia
Few years later something would happen he never once think would he going about his day like normal when suddenly Yuba come under attack by Kroko?! he was shock Kroko been close to Apollo why would he attack the kingdom he pull out his Wand his first goal was to find Arthur as he would have Mona 2 when he found Mona 2 he was shocked to learn that Arthur was dead how with this he let lose with his power to bring down as many of the enemy as he could to give Mona time to get away then he got what was left of his monks and escape Swia

Cosilium Anger
He would leave Mona side to return to the order there he told Yemma what had happen as he thought he be heart broken by the news for a while Cosilium feel like a failure it happen so fast how could he had died there only a few in the world he could think of that could kill him like Lancelot but he not been seen for years and there no poof that he was there till who ever it was he knew he had to keep the eggs safe so left once again to go to the Lugia Village to guard the eggs but after sometime he gotten a message for him to return to the tower to see Yemma he could tell he was needed he hated the idea of leaving the eggs but he had to see to the matter unknown to him once he left that his brother Atem would come to take one of the eggs by the time he gotten back he in shock to see the Village burning it was attacked by the Dark Gators the Lugia's was saved by Eclipse and his unit he happy to see them but learn that the quicksliver eggs was taken he once again return to tell Yemma what happen sometime leader he would call him and the other leaders down into the tower basement there he tell them that he would be disbanding the silver monks, much to everyone’s shock. Yemma told everyone that the Quicksilver bloodline has ended so there’s no reason to keep existing however Cosilium didn't take it well he fought and argued him with in a rage he even pull out his Wand at him telling him that the Bloodline is not gone that even Kroko would know how strong the quickslivers would be the eggs would be safe but no matter what he said that old fool would not listen he gotten so mad he at one point was tempted to end Yemma himself and take over but he turn around saying he not giving up and he taking those loyal with him he not let the Sliver Monks die to a hands of a fool like himself that he dishonour the quickslivers and many of the other leaders feel the same as they take monks loyal to them with them to keep the order alive

Cosilium watching
Over the years he be watching looking for the Quickslivers he knew what was happing with Arthur with his power he could face him and put his soul to rest but so far it was not needed and he all so didn't know if he could face him because of his failure he all so learn form Toha what happen to Yemma back at the tower as time gone by he noticed 3 Lugia's the first being Mercury a mercenary now Royal guard for Mona 3 so he send a Monk to go under cover and watch him next is Lavender a Shadow Lugia he had a Monk to watch him form the shadows and there was Venus a Shiny Lugia who become a warlord he had a Monk go under cover as one of her pokemon has he watch the 3 as well as more who pop up he knew for sure they was each a Quicksliver more so once he did a back ground check of Mec and learn he left his training early something that needed to be fixed but once he beaten Arthur and put him to rest and getting his weapon it was time for him to make him self known

Testing Mercury
His timing couldn't be better after Mec had gotten the Aqua Spear he started to let his win and the Spear go to his head of course the joke on him he don't know the true power of that spear and given Arthur was not him self and wasn't fighting at his real power he need to make this lost so embarrassing he will have to listen to him as he treat him no different to how he would treat Arthur when he got in over his head he would bring his Monks to Tuttlereef and walk into the Champion Palace on their training day so all would see it once in the training area everyone was shocked to see him except Grace Floaro he knew him and told everyone he was the one who Arthur cloud never beat Cosilium then ask Mec to had the weapon over to him as he was undeserving of it and he was weak of course he did this to bait him into a fight once he fallen into his hand he lost before the battle started when Mercury attacked he effortlessly dodged his attacks he couldn't so much as put a finger on him he then use Shadow Ball at first Mercury laughed as his training made it so he not be weak to moves like that but when he use a more powerful version of the move this time Mercury yelled in pain this shocked everyone then he told them that he was given training by Yemma he made sure to make moves that would bypass the type training and mock Mercury saying it so use to not taking super effective damage it must hurt like hell at lest Arthur didn't cry out like a baby then he did something that catch Mercury fully off guard he disarm him and taken the Aqua Spear for himself it even changing size so he could use it he then talked with the weapon it knew what he was doing and ask not to hold back as he needs this he then did a attack with it that Mercury didn't even knew was possible he told him that he can use it as Arthur in trusted both him and Yemma family's to use it on him if he ever turned evil so he can use it even if he not a Quicksliver and could tell he hasn't been giving the weapon it proper respect it needed and he not even yet to learn of it true power as he needs to listen to the weapon soul and respect it for it to show it real power to him he then Terastallize into his Stellar Tera Type and using Tera Blast hitting him for super effective damage once more that when he told him to never underestimate pokemon who can become Stellar type as by design his type training does not cover Stellar type as a way to give the Quickslivers a weakness while Mercury keep fighting he smile seeing he had the will power but as the way he is now he could never match his family power to end the fight he called on his Ancient magic hitting Mercury with powerful spells then to end the fight he would use his most powerful spell Ancient magic Lugia forming a Lugia that looked just like Arthur it a lot like Mona 2 water Lugia he then use it to beat Mercury beaten he told Mercury he lost because he yet to become a true quicksliver leaving his training as he did taking in ever battle like it some kind of joke he nothing when face with a real foe and he didn't face Arthur in his prime when he was him self and not what he was but he beaten him some how so he owns him that much and he intrusted his weapon to him so he hand it back but if he wants to be a real quicksliver he need to someday go back to his training as well as be trained by the Sliver Monks he can help with part of that training if he could last at least 10 mins in battle with him then he be more like Arthur and those who come before him leaving Mercury to think on it

Training and reconnecting
He would make his home in Tuttlereef he would soon by visited by Mona 2 who had heard form her son Mona 3 of his return he smiled happy to see her fully grow up and apologised for leaving her the two would have a battle to see how strong she gotten he was Impressed by her water Lugia and told her as long as Mercury is around he will work for Mona 3 and his family if any of his kids takes the kingdom form him he all so heard that his brother Atem opened a permeant Shop in Crownreef he uses when he not travelling so gone to see him and catch up with his brother as well to ask him for a reading about Mercury future if he will truly be anything like those before him and take on his role happy with what his brother told him he started to train Mercury what he could however he could not fully train him as that must be done by the head of the monks and he must one day go back to his training with the Kato birds

Swia war
He would take part in the war with his Sliver monks he wanted to take back Swia for Arthur and see how far Mercury has gotten many Dark Gators all ready feared him given they seen his power years ago while the war gone on he happy to see one of Yemma Sons Alan had taken part in the war thanks to his ties with Frisk and Alan had remembered him at one point in the main camp he come to him asking how his father was doing as he not heard form him in a few years he sigh and told him it best they see Kikyo together they break the news to him about his father death and how he died this shocked Alan after that while Alan acted like his normal self he could tell he was waiting for the end of the war to grieve by the end of the war he knew Mercury was ready for what had to come

After the war
When the war ended he told Kikyo now was the time after giving Alan time to grieve to find him and bring him to the tower along with Mercury as he would call on all the other sliver leaders he knew once the Sliver Monks was revived Mercury real training would start and he be by his side as his right hand.
