And so, the official HENCHOFF begins! Why go to war when you can have lunch instead? The two were very well matched in both their constitution and their appetites, so it was difficult to declare a winner for any of the challenges… while their bosses bickered over speeds and other competitive stats, the two hungry gryphons glutted and gorged like it was going out of style!

The first challenge was a breeze - all the, “mysterious science fluids,” had been swapped out with more benign liquids. The worst that happened to the two birdmen was a bad case of belching, not to mention some awkward bloating - but nothing the two couldn’t handle, to be sure!

The next challenge was more rigorous than the last - what, with the sheer amount of mysterious, unlabeled food crammed into the staff fridges, but the two hungry lads ate their way through every last leftover without the slightest spell of nausea, thanks to their natural iron stomachs! Honestly, those aught to count as superpowers too… They did, however, find movement a little trickier than before…

The third challenge was a piece of cake - especially since some of the boxes did have tasty little snack cakes inside them! Lifting’s always a lot easier when the weights get lighter with every rep - even if your stomach keeps getting fuller… Their bosses will need to source some new Doomsday supplies, now that their old stocks are busy bubbling away into gryphon fat…

The last challenge was the most fearsome of them all - infiltrating the Panda Expanse, the fattiest, greasiest, and tastiest Chinese buffet in town. Their disguises must’ve really done the trick - all those blubbery, food-addicted gluttons treated Royce and Maks just like one of their own - and just in time too - the boys were starting to get hungry again! After so many crazy challenges, they both deserved a good victory meal…

I’m most pleased to present the follow-up sequence to a delightful commission from last year for my ever-wonderful friend @Nickel-Cat_Engine, starring his returning Hench-Gryph and accompanying villainous master, Dr. Klumpfnacht, as well as a new Hench-Gryph on the block, the equally muscular (and equally fattenable) Royce, sidekick to the heroic Fantastic Mighty Fox! The duo’s bosses are feuding something fierce, a feud which can only be resolved with a good ol’ fashioned hench-off… But can our dutiful henchgryphs survive the belt-busting brawl to come? And who will come out on top - and who’ll be blobbed at the bottom? Stay tuned to find out…!

As with the previous sequence, I absolutely adored this idea and had a splendid time working on it! The cel-shading was fun as always, as were all the silly background gags and comicy things that I included throughout. Royce and Maks pair wonderfully together both personality wise and design-wise, especially as their appetites begin to outpace their muscles… I truly hope you all enjoy this sequence, and a tremendous thank you to Nickel-Cat_Engine for commissioning me on this!
