huh wouldve figured it would be an older country. brittan and france have had waaaay longer to fight more wars
though russia and china I feel are definitely spoofing those numbers, china has man power, but untrained, and their navy is large in numbers, but thats because they count every fishing boat, tonnage isnt close at all, russia cant beat a mildly armed country they share a border with, I doubt their capabilities.
