CW: sorta pet death

this might sound silly, but last night i made a terrible mistake which led to the unlife of a little rolly polly me and my fiance called Spazzy.

we both really enjoyed him a lot. never seen so much personality in such a tiny creature. i knew even jumping spiders were fairly intelligent, but it really is amazing to see something with so few brain cells grow and adapt and do very silly things, like drinking water off your finger while balanced between two of your fingers.

anyway you're fully entitled to find the humor in this and i even encourage it. believe me i am 100% Aware of how silly it seems to mourn the loss of such a tiny creature.

i don't actually mind because in a way it gave me renewed wonder for the world. so much we still don't understand, and so much to be discovered.

rip lil' buddy, you won't be forgotten ♥
