[1360] Haru Yoshioka and hopper ball, 27 July 2025
Today's is another spinoff from the Big 352-Followers Art Giveaway. It was nominated by
noahherkes over in https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61.....#cid:186393537 and even though it was not on the giveaway-solicitation post I was hoping for, what the heck, I can be a little flexible especially as the giveaway winds down. (I have one more that I'm hoping to do, when I can figure out how.) Don't worry, there's more of that headless hydra coming, is the plan.
So, asked for here was Haru Yoshioka of The Cat Returns, in human form, on a pink hopper ball. There's a lot here to challenge me, starting with a pose of a realistically-proportioned human instead of someone who looks like Richie Rich or something. Also, it's a movie I've never seen, but it's easy enough to find reference art, at least. And it's an action pose when I'm really mostly good at people standing in three-quarter shots in front of a background that's either a splash of color or ProCreate's 'wild grass' paintbrush. The pose was surprisingly straightforward, actually, although I didn't figure out how to get her head to look better. This is why I'm not charging money yet.
