Storm Dog is another new American recruit to the G-52s; he is also the latest in a series of "Comic Book All-Stars." This group had also participated in a series of contests at a superhero-themed conventions, where the winners were guaranteed to be the stars of their own comic books, and the runners-up were named supporting characters. CNG had decided to make them superheroes for real.
Super C subsequently chose to add the winners as G-52s and the runners-up as allies.

UPDATE: Changed the name to Storm Dog. (See why below.)

Storm Breaker: *In Portuguese with Leopoldo translating to English.* We almost share the same code names. I'm from Portugal though.
Zax: First we got the wrestling-themed G-52s now we got comic convention themed G-52s. Nice!
Juno: With the wrestling-themed G-52s, Mexico stepped in because the origins of modern wrestling traces back to them so they answered with Luchador Lion.
Doctor Revolver: My country of Switzerland might be knocking on the G-52s doors because the first comic in America came from Switzerland, which is about a fictional man named Mr. Vieux Bois. Having a Swiss G-52 in the Comic Book All-Stars group is going to be a challenge.
Burkhart: *To Linart and Secret Snare.* Do you think we can find a Swiss G-52 recruit to join the Comic Book All-Stars group to show the world that modern comics have their origins in Switzerland? Because the Mexicans answered with Luchador Lion to join the wrestling-themed G-52s.
Chuong: So modern western comics as we know it originated in Switzerland. I like to see what the Swiss can answer with to the Comic Book All-Stars.
Zax: Mr. Vieux Bois... In the English version, it was known as The Adventures of Obadiah Oldbuck. Yet the world knows Switzerland more for their cheese, chocolates, watches, gold, and guns than comics.
Hot Shot: Don't forget Top Secret as well. They're the marching band performers with the flaming sticks.

(There was already a Storm Breaker; my bad.)
Stormbreaker: Whoops! I guess the comic book contest judges weren't paying attention. I may have to have the codename changed. I can't do "Storm Trooper" because Star Wars already did that.
Super C: Let me know what you end up doing. If yours is one word and his is two words, it shouldn't be a problem. *to the original Storm Breaker* What do you reckon? What's another good storm-themed superhero name if he ends up changing the name to avoid confusion with you?
Linart: I don't see why not. It may take a while to find him or her.
Secret Snare; Just as it did when searching for Luchador Lion, and even Fire Fennec.

Storm Breaker: I was thinking Storm Cracker or Storm Dog.
Chuong: The later is better in my opinion but I'll let the G-52s decide on this one.
Doctor Revolver: Geneva is the Swiss city that was home to Rodolphe Töpffer, the author of Mr. Vieux Bois. However, his works are centered on comedy. I would imagine that our answer to the Comic Book All-Stars would be a G-52 fox who is equally artistic and witty at the same time. Someone who is also cunning. I could ask our government to see if we could answer to the Comic Book All-Stars that also shows that the origin of modern comics, especially with superheroes, as we know it, originates back to Switzerland.
Chuong: Huskies are also witty and cunning too. Belgium is known for their comic scenes, but even that, it originates back to Switzerland. In my imagination, I see a Swiss husky G-52 from Geneva, whose name is Cunning Canine, and they are most likely a political cartoonist, which is to reflect Töpffer's comedic works, who was also from that same city as well. Töpffer is said to be history's first comics artist. Seeing that bridge with the superhero-themed comics and conventions would be interesting to see.
Doctor Revolver: I hope your imagination is true.
Cynthia: Might be a bit of a challenge, but I don't see how this is impossible.
Doctor Revolver: Well, I'm in.

(Thanks for your help. I'm sorry for not paying attention, as I don't have a bio for the Portuguese Storm Breaker. Meanwhile, I'll update this bio.)
Storm Dog (formerly Stormbreaker): Storm Dog it is then.
Super C: Works for me. *to the others* Thanks for your help. Soon we'll see if Switzerland (or even Belgium) contributes to the Comic Book All-Stars.
Extreme Bengal: Any friends of yours are friends of ours.
