Following her recent Pool toy treatment, we learnt that Ms. Xian wasn't happy with the results. Apparently it wasn't what she asked for, but showing her the paperwork, it appears there's been some crossed wires (or in our opinion, errors in filling it out). Regardless, once we ironed out the issues, we were able to offer her a treatment that was much closer to her original idea. I'm thankful to say she seems to be enjoying this one a lot more...
