Commission for
Trixie-the-Tempest, perhaps inspired by Enrise's previous Luna/Clair DeLune OC Sheet- now the OTHER 'henchwoman' of Ms. Belladonna gets her own concept sheet in Returners.~ I'm very flattered that both clients have been interested in their OCs having some canon counterparts in Returners, and it was fun to expand on some tools/weapon ideas we discussed when I first drew Chamisa!
Age: 27 (127cm)
Strong Point: Good tactical knowledge at assessing an environment
Weak Point: Has an 'it's all about me' attitude to life
Likes: Gems, Fashion, Dolls
Dislikes: Commoners, the G.U.N.
Backstory:
Artoria 'Tera' Holland used to be the Princess of Engalen, sole heir to the throne until the Eggman Empire invaded her country & deposed the monarchy during the doctor's world takeover. But unlike other rulers, the Lop was savvy enough to cut a deal- rather than exile or enslavement, she joined the Empire willingly, allowing the mad doctor to graft a pair of prosthetic arms to her body that would allow him a remote control while she had her royal title reinstated as Engalen's Egg Boss. Some would see it as a means to mitigate the evils of the Empire, but in reality Tera was motivated to demoralize any Resistance members who'd once been her allies in the takeover- and to keep her family's power at any means necessary.
The Engalen Egg Army was placed in charge of the Empire's efforts at "rare asset acquisition" operations, locating and retrieving powerful/rare artifacts and gems, like the Chaos Emeralds, Phantom Ruby, or less well-known items like the 'Arcane Garnet' for the Doctor to study. The Lop enjoyed the comforts of this position (as well as the thrill of conquering new areas to claim artifacts), but when the Empire was overturned, she had to look elsewhere for weapons that'd help her hold onto power that was already slipping away- and the arrival of an arms dealer from out West seemed the perfect spot for a smash n' grab. After all, what threat could a name like 'Fleur Fatale' pose her...?
(Turns out, a lot. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/60073551/)
Personality:
As a regular, non-belle character, Tera is... well, complicated. Her status as royalty went to her head a long time ago, & her sense of right and wrong mostly focuses on how things benefit her- for example, her dislike of G.U.N. stemming from their destruction of her home in early skirmishes of the Eggman War, despite her already having sided with Eggman by that point. She's a good strategist and adept at knowing how to command an army across a battlefield, but her hoity-toity attitude makes it hard for her to convince anyone to FOLLOW her orders unless she uses her servo-arms to intimidate them into servitude.
After being captured by FF's bodyguard Clair DeLune (seen here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/59139360/), Tera underwent a severe personality shift to become Belladonna's other guard, Ms. Chamisa; rewritten to feel a strong sense of loyalty & subservience to her employer just as Clair does. As a counterpart to the she-wolf, Chamisa is more witty & unflappable, often having some dry remark about this or that which'll send Clair into haughty laughter. She's not as easily swooned by romantic flirting, but she DOES enjoy 'pretty' things like jewelry or fine dresses on mannequins, and gets easily excited at the sight of them- still, whenever the Boss is away, she's usually the one giving orders to Clair on how they proceed with missions, communicating via the commlinks in her earrings and Clair's bow. Being pacified into a southern belle type hasn't made her any less dangerous as a strategist...
Powers/Abilities:
Thanks to Dr. Eggman's experiments, Tera possesses twin prosthetic arms hooked up to her back which she controls via a surgically-implanted neural chip. Highly modular, both the chip & the arms themselves can be modified for different purposes, though Tera leaves the details to subordinates- she'd rather use her arms to grab an enemy by the throat or interface with a computer system than use it to build something. A capable tactician, she prefers fighting at a distance & uses her uniform's gold bracelets to unleash small yet powerful shockwaves against any close-range foes.
Due to its modularity, her neural chip is easily reprogrammed by any rogue influences- and Belladonna took full advantage when she captured the Lop to make her into Ms. Chamisa. The neural chip is now linked to a pair of gold earrings which keep her under constant reprogramming for loyalty, as a permanent employee of Fleur Fatale- and they also improve the speed of signals to her rebuilt servo-arm, which serves as both a sunshade & close-range deterrent. Her improved eyesight & active-camo technology serves her well in a position as sniper for her new Boss, & with the adjustable firing power of her blunderbuss rifle 'Jessamine', Chamisa is a deadly foe to encounter for certain.

Thank you very much! A part of me is embarrassed that Chamisa was conceptualized at a time when Tera's design only had ONE servo-arm and not two, but the singular arm does add some nice asymmetry with her rifle, so I think it works. And that kind of visual communication of abilities is what concept sheets are all about, so I'm glad to know it came through here!
