Created by a version of Dr. Eggman Nega, Tempest was to be the ultimate weapon against Blaze. After the Doctor was defeated she was found by Eggman and sought to complete her purpose, but the Sol Princess convinced her otherwise by speaking and fighting Tempest.

Now free from Eggman she is looking for a new purpose. Just don't test her as her chaos fueled weather magic can pack a punch!
