First up is my tribute to the legendary GOAT of Dragon Ball Piccolo, we got Oboe.

A young rookie hailing from a mollusk descendant people of the small island country Syrinixia.

A fledging martial artist with powers of his people (energy projection and control along with slightly extendable limbs), he doesn't have the experiance of more vetaran heroes and unlike the world his inspiration hails from, he doesnt have raw energy power to blow up mountains. Instead technical skill and fighting smarter instead of harder will be his chief lessons.

Young and determined but still humble and knowing he has much to learn, he's just a young man wanting to do his best to save others and honor his heritage.
