This is a little idea i had for a small pokemon.
Harmoyeen's a Poison/Electric hyperactive Hyena, Its body is too weak to holster the poison it generates so it constantly needs to move to convert said poison to power.
I'd imagine this little guy has either 2 (or more) Evolution items / A radio system in the game like in Soulsilver to listen to music in the game itself.
