This is the other swimmer of the NAKAMA, Flipper. He's a chubby walrus who loves to dance and sing (he even has a top-hat and cane!). He can use his singing to his advantage and put enemies to sleep or confuse them.

I....wow...um.....wow.........uh....
I know I'm looking VERY egotistical by saying this, but you didn't have me in mind by any chance when creating this character, did you?
If not, it's a STUNNING coincidence, due to the tophat's color/band, cane, and the fact that he loves singing/dancing..... He's just too comparable to Royce! (though Royce is less of a nudist....at least in walrus form! ;) )
