Context wise, this concept art depicts Cassandra talking with Juno (through an ear piece) after successfully evading the Volterran raid on her hideout. Cassandra is of course not too thrilled she had to sneak around patrols of heavily armed mercenaries that were after her, so she keeps the conversation brief and hopes she will not run into Juno again.
