More ElfQuest stuff.
Back in 1994, many EQ fen were rather appalled that an ample-sized woman had the nerve to cosplay as an EQ elf.
Good heavens, how tragic for the fandom! Quite a hue & cry was raised, with many idiots proclaiming that "There's no such thing as a fat elf!" Blithely overlooking, I might add, that the EQ fandom itself was no less svelte than any other (ex: comics, anime, Star Wars, etc).
This was my response to that.
To be fair -- as far as I know, there was only one chubby elf featured in EQ -- her fresh-baked bread was nabbed during the raid on Sorrow's End.
