2D Artwork/Textures Commission Terms & Conditions/Agreement
By commissioning work from me, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment
Full payment (100%) of the agreed upon price must be paid upfront using paypal before any work begins on the asset.

2. Language
All communication must be conducted in English only, as I do not understand other languages.

3. References
Please take into consideration that quality references will be requested. This will help with mapping out the artwork/texture before work commences.

4. Copyright
• The artist retains as legal copyright of the commissioned artwork/texture. Do not claim commission as your own work.
• Do NOT touch or remove watermark/signature on the artwork. (This applies to 2D commissioned artwork only)

5. Public Posting/Adding to Portfolio
The commissioned artwork/pictures of textures on the avatar will be posted onto my socials, such as on X, Deviant Art, Instagram and Furaffinity, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Redistribution
You are not allowed to resell or distribute said texture/artwork or any of the download contents with this texture, either directly or part of another package.

7. Usage Rights
• Under use of textures you may edit and use them for personal use for your avatar, provided proper credit is given to the artist.
• For 2D artwork commissions, you may use the piece for personal use only. If you post the piece on any of your socials, provide proper credit to the artist with a link to my gallery/profile.

8. NFT Prohibition
Under no circumstances may any commissioned work from me be used for NFTs (Non-Fundible Tokens). Breaching this condition will result in a permanent ban from future commissions.

9. AI/Generative Use
The use of my work as input for, accessory to, or in any way incorporated into generative AI systems or AI-generated media of any kind is strictly prohibited.
