Here's yet another side character I designed with for RP reasons.
Meet Bolinda; an anthro umbreon woman.
She was a criminal back when she was human that got sentenced to a humane prison to do her time, after being found guilty of tax evasion, shoplifting, and blackmail.
While the judge found her to be forgivable, what she did was still wrong. So she was sentenceed to 8 years with the possibility of parole within no less than 1 year. (To deal with the issue of the United States and it's mass incarceration, Bolinda's sentence was to be on a humane prison on Mobius.)
After doing her time, Bolinda chose to drink a potion and give up on being human...permanently transforming herself into an anthropomorphic umbreon, (her favorite kind of pokemon) and in hopes of finding a real romance.
She went out furrified during her release; wearing nothing but a spiked-collar, pigtail holders, and handcuffs. (She also placed herself inside a pokeball for a nice guy that needs a cute girl for a romance. And the reason why she left the handcuffs locked on her for a little while longer? She wanted to help the said male be less uncomfortable around her since she USED to be a criminal, and because she wanted to earn his trust.)
FUN FACT: She's currently taken by Dusty the Snow Owl, and is both his anthro umbreon companion and sweetheart.
