That looks like a SABER Sniper rifle. Fires .308 or 7.62 I believe

Naw, just a decked out M16A4. Would fire 5.56x45mm rounds.

Scope would be 2.5-10x56, so pretty close. :3
And yeah, the light is modeled after one that has LED white light or IR light and variable power settings. Pretty neat stuff.
Otherwise, only other things that you missed were the BUIS, pistol grip and Glock safety trigger, and a gas block, if you wanna count that.
This was a fun thing to make, I really enjoy making guns of all types.

I've been looking at grenade launchers to make lately. Stuck between an AAPP pistol grenade launcher or a GM-94.
Also wanting to model a Daewoo K11 for some reason. xD

Yeah, shaders only atm. I may revisit it for textures, it'd make it a billion times better.

Well, given that it isn't very organic, it really wouldn't be that difficult to unwrap. Machined or robotic pieces usually share that sentiment (imho, at least).
I'm just pretty terrible at the whole photoshop thing.

No matter when its done, or how... UVing always seems to be one of the biggest chores of modeling.

I'm not apt at 3DS Max, but if you ever want general tips or advice, or if you explore Blender, I can probably help out.

I know you said it's a heavily modified M16, but it could also be considered to be an SR-25, which is built on the same platform, but larger caliber. Very good work though
