Sloooowly crawling out of the hiatus.
Had this idea of a gnome werewolf for a couple months, if not longer, and finally committed it to paper.

So many interesting stuff can be done in terms of not only how different base species can affect the appearance of a werebeast form, but also what dynamics and/or conflicts might arise from such combinations. A human might react to becoming a werebeast differently from how an elf or orc would. It also depends on a character's background and personality as well. This gnome will definitely make an appearance again - that much I can tell.
I'm actually not sure how tall they are. I am not consistent about how big I draw my fantasy creatures. Sometimes I draw gnomes tiny like a mouse, other times I draw them around 20 cm tall. I suppose this one is around 60 cm tall in gnome form, growing much larger when transforming, yet still smaller than, say, a human's were-form would be. Maybe a size of a regular wolf.
