Mew was kind enough to pay for Cyan's hospital service today, since she's had to keep busy after Cyan had been too busy at work to be with her, although she never mentioned which service she paid for, so Cyan was (somehow) both surprised and not surprised when the Nurse sat on his face when he lied down on the hospital bed, although she states that it's part of the service here, so Cyan will have to be under Nurse Tongus' rump for a bit...
