[Personal] Serotonin Syndrome
ive had two bouts of this reaction to medication in the same month. while they were mild in that i didnt need to be hospitalized, it is absolute misery - hot flashes, nausea, severe anxiety for days. i just want to treat my depression 😭
i'm thankful it wasn't *worse* (it can be fatal!) but i am definitely a bit discouraged from the medication route at the moment... i'm just gonna take a break from new things for a bit and focus on my therapy and self-improvement.
