This jerk picked the wrong buxom goth to publically shame with his friends. He didn't even want to put on the stupid mask, but when it was in his hands the urge suddenly consumed him and there was no going back. His pretty, painted hoof-fingers couldn't find the edge of the mask and soon, to his horror, there was none. Human tissues were replaced by synthetic skin and perfectly placed gel-fat pads. The jiggling curves, the stripes, the thick, pouting lips were there to stay. He clopped awkwardly on his new hooves/heels catching sight of his reflection in the mirror. "Oh God, I look like a... a bimbo." he said with shameful realization, his voice husky with a slight Japanese accent.

A stipulation of the curse forbids him from explaining who he is under the mask or that he's wearing one at all, forcing him to play along and learn his lesson. Any claim that he is not what he appears would emerge from his ample lips an affirmation that he is and always has been. References to his real identity would be replaced with his new one: "Ayame". Only the goth he mocked could know he's in there and she's obviously not in a hurry to let him off the hook. Perhaps a day, month, year of demeaning jeers and unwanted attention will teach him to treat women with respect. If nothing else it'll teach him to walk in heels.
