Here is kind of fox’s called the “fluffy lions mane fox” or just “lion mane fox”. They are a kind of lions in the sense that males have manes and the females don’t usually, but if the hormones kick in the females will grow a mane. These kinds of fox’s have been known to be very caring for their young and each other. Due to how many of the prey and predators of the area see color they tend to bland in very well. The smell is a different story so they roll around in mud to help mask that. There was a tale saying that if there was a control fire in the woods 2 of them got married.
