It's quite unlucky to be a worm and worms have many predators and the main ones are birds and other avians, one in particular has a certain method of preying on worms and stompy one.
Yep Wild the Rooster here found some smol worm explorers along his way and decided to have some fun with them and by fun is by stomping them flat like the bugs they, reminding them their place as prey to the birds but this case beneath his talons.
Looks like red chocobo there is going to have to find his prey elsewhere.
