5. After buying design you can do whatever you want with it, exept commerical stuff. Redesign it, create lore, make free games and webcomics, make nsfw/gore arts.
-HOMEVER do not use my feral designs in nsfw. You can make them anthro/human and then do it, tho
-Do not make nsfw arts where they have animalistic genitalia. Im not comfortable with it, in any way. Made up stuff is okay for me. I won't sell them to anyone draws such things, too.
-You can't use image im selling adopt with in anything you would make, when it comes to games, webcomics or such. Please, get separate images.
6. You don't have to credit me (designer) ALWAYS. But please, remember to credit authors of bases, if used. (password to confirm reading: fav fruit)
-In addition, please, do credit me when posting on sites like artfight, toyhouse and such.
-I know that designs can change heavily in years. If you will want to change character to level nobody will be able to reconize it as original design, you can credit yourself/other designer as creator. Then, put info that im author of original, somewhere visable.
7. Do not buy if you use generative AI. Just don't. Leave, block me on the way out.
8. Do not resell for bigger price. All my designs that I sell on toyhouse go with information how much they got sold for. Price can rise with buying/making new art and items, ofc!
-If you got free design, do not trade it away unless value has been raised.
9. And ofc, do not use my designs for any form of hate speech, cultural appropriation or diffrent weird thing.
-Respectfully touthing dark themes is fully fine with me! Just be respectful, please.
