This is a tattoo concept I did up for my sister. She's been wanting something from me for a while now and recently she wanted to get a new tattoo of a jellyfish. Hopefully she likes it.

I can only say OUCH. I've heard the side is the most painful place to tattoo, even more so than over bone. >< And I remember that pain well. I wonder about that little inner leg area.
Looks absolutely lovely though! It'd be awesome to do some UV ink in there too, but then, I just love UV ink. ;p

What about facial tattoos? I'd figure anywhere around the nose and lips would be pretty painful with how sensitive they can be.
I can imagine top of the foot and hand being pretty painful too. Especially the next day when you're sore and start to realize all the minor dings and movements you're feet/hands go through in a day.

The tattoo artists still said it was the feet above all else. People could take it on the nose and even on the eyelids better than their feet. And their faces healed faster (I don't remember why, something about more rapid skin growth? He explained it like shaving and nicking yourself and it goes away faster than say on your leg or something. I don't remember @_@) And your face doesn't have surface vessels and that can really hurt too or something. The like...I dunno, four or five artists I talk to said they had more people chicken out with their foot because of pain than any other part. This may also be because there are so rare facial tattoos and way more on the foot?
