The start of a series of Tingle look alikes. A series of neglected Tingles no one has ever heard of, invented by me. This is the first, Finkle. The fancy pants of the group. Finkle acts as if he is high and mighty, just because he can keep the magazine stack straight and the shelves clean of dust.
