This is Agape the Goblin; I drew her since 
Filletus wanted me to draw a new female character for him. (Aged at 21, but being a goblin that AGES like a human.)
For this SFW ref with barbie doll nudity involved, this is a strictly SFW version of her where she is under custody of a humble law enforcement that will be her future husband, one day. (After accidental damage to city property, and as well as a split-personality disorder that is concerning.) So she was willingly placed in handcuffs and a tracking collar, to help get a sense of security and being looked after, safely.
Her first personality (due to split-personality disorder) is shown as gentle & kind, yet shy & frightened of strangers. (Possibly due to some degree of PTSD) Her other personality however, is a flirty troublemaker that means no harm.
