Variables: inclusion of genitalia, bodily fluids of choice, doesn't have to be sinister and evil as it is, can be completely changed in the tone - like hopeful with survivors rounding up for safety. the surrounding area can be changed to something less urban, can be more nature oriented or even fantasy themed. time of the day can freely change and scale to a certain extent too. The train can be changed to a building or something else entirely, creature that had ravaged lands like some sinister serpent or something like that
