I wish to congratulate you and your crew for being selected to participate in our upcoming joint response exercise, Operation Jackdaw. These exercises serve an important role in improving cooperation between planets, nations, and peacekeeping organizations such as ourselves, and ultimately make the galaxy a safer place to be.
Operation Jackdaw will consist of a simulated battle and rescue mission, the parameters of which were decided upon by both the leadership of the Noble Order of Guardian Knights and the Zipsaurs. It will test not only your mettle as an individual crew, but also your ability to coordinate with and support Guardian Knight forces in a fast-paced and stressful mission environment. It speaks to the confidence in your crew's abilities that you were selected for this mission.
Your counterparts on the ground are a special detachment from my own ship, led by Commander Zenith Leadwing. He's one of the finest Knights I've had the pleasure of serving with, and I have no doubt that you and he will work together harmoniously.
