Hello! This was meant to be uploaded on August 1st, but for some reason I was given issues uploading. So we’ll have to settle for August 2nd.
I am going to start posting on here, this is from DeviantArt. Being one of my first renders.
Original Description:
Sam & Max! Freelance Police! One of my personal favorites that are stashed behind the door of familiarity to unknown. From comic to show to video game. For having a chance at so many media in the entertainment landscape. They've gotten around.
Utilizing cartoon witticisms, similes and immaculate metaphors. This dog and rabbit duo capture my heart. So much so I created this, well recreated the poster art for Sam & Max Season One. Which I wasn't too familiar with, also that it's usually known as Save The World these days.
This took me about six hours, that is including interruptions. I spent a long time trying to learn the limits and possibilities of these models. Which thank you to JCThornton for having these available. The whole map scouting took a long time too. Finding a perfect city with some decent lighting. Skimmed through a few tutorials, ate late dinner and spent most of the time really applying the littlest perfections.
Manipulating the poses was a tad annoying, but not the end of the world. Trying to keep the models from clipping here and there, but in some instances I kept it as a way to learn. I believe in getting as close as you can to the vision, even if it isn't as I dreamed of.
Believe it or not I was considering not uploading this till I felt it was near perfect, but if I did that. This wouldn't see the light of day. So here you are! Not just one shot, but a few from different angles. A true photographer moment with some liberties taken, but pretty darn close.
This was super fun to put together and I will try to do more. This is a Foot Fellow approved creation!
