Out of the many planets out in the galaxy there’s bound to be some that become more popular than most such as the case of this one. An issue that arose was overpopulation, so at some point the planet’s surface was covered by one large city. Though at some point even that wasn’t enough and so over time layer upon layers of city had been built. The surfaces from higher city levels blocking off lowers ones.

The highest levels are where most action happens, the wealthy living up there, and bigger business being there. The lower levels however can be quite dirty. The perfect place to hide out, if for whatever reason you need to do that. It’s also a place rich of crime. Just be weary of what level you’re on. Particularly lower levels have terrible air quality, without proper air masks you can easily get sick.
