Bio: Zankoku would have never thought that he would have a really tough time killing his enemies on Earth than on anything else. But seeing himself bleed, injured, and on his knees makes him a bit angry. So in order to take care of his little problems, he decided to go all out. Powering up to his max, he became bigger, stronger, and extremely strong too. And now he is going to use all the power he has to defeat Bluerush and Touya to the death.

Powers
Finger Blasts: You don't become a dictator by doing nothing. Zankoku can project beams of energy from his fingers. He can fire a barrage of them to take out multiple targets and fire a full-power one to possibly kill someone.

Black Void: With him being subject to painful experiments as a child, Zankoku can summon darkness over a large area and swallow up anything he chooses. When swallowed, the person or object is subjected to a large amount of gravity and crushed so that he can expel all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness had swallowed up at once.

Draco Burn: Due to all his training, Zankoku can expel several dragon-headed fireballs from his mouth to cover the frontal, left, and right sides of his opponent. As the dragon-heads move erratically, it makes the technique much more difficult to avoid.

Perfect Barrier: Using his full power, Zankoku curls his arms and legs together as he charges a purple aura around his body. He then brings them apart and expels a giant barrier around his body, capable of blocking certain attacks.

Regeneration: Surprisingly, at his full power, Zankoku can regrow certain body parts or cells that have been dismembered or destroyed and replace them with brand new cells. At a rare chance, sometimes he grows stronger so as long as at least one of his cells survives.
