Question for the artist: from the power of google, lions don't have dewclaws on their rear legs: just 4 toes, and 4 claws.
But I like it there, looks like a vestigial big toe retreating backwards as the paw changes. But I'm wondering what you had in mind here. (Potentially... it's a sketch, not an anatomy study, and I'm thinking too hard about it)
