Perhaps there's more to the frog kaiju than was first apparent!
Eventually, Raiquon will be faced with a threat threatening not just humanity and the Earth, but him as well! Dealing with this threat has taught him there's merit in humanity, and this revelation has given him the ability to speak English and shrink down and grow giant again at will.
To fit in with society, he bought himself a suit to wear, and while he's not sure why, he feels as if wearing a black suit with a red dress shirt feels right somehow, not remembering it was how he dressed when he was still human.
And yes, should he grow giant while wearing it, the suit will grow with him. Such a sophisticated kaiju!
