I wanted to give these three a simpler ref for a fun project: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53684288/
Kayode and Ria are happy husbands with their furbaby Queenie and their bodyguard/bf Gunnar. Yes, they're a throuple and also yes, Queen is a good girl and gets spoiled like the princess she is 🧡
Kayode and Ria are rich af. Kayode owns mines around the mountain and Ria sponsors adventuring parties. In Daisha there's plenty of mysteries and adventures to be had, so for a bit of the treasure aristocrats will sponsor parties. So whatever money is put in, it's expected to make tenfold. IF you know how to pick your party! And Ria's picks are the most high-profiled party in the adventurers guild.
Gunnar is their bodyguard. He's big, he's gruff, and he'll break your spine over if knee if you touch one hair on their heads! He comes off as scary and overbearing, but when Kayode and Ria gets him alone... he turns into the sweetest little guy! Gunnar knows he always have to keep an eye out outside the manor. Kayode and Ria are pretty prominent figures in Windfell, but behind closed doors, Gunnar knows he can relax with his favorite kitties. And despite Kayode and Ria being husbands, they did take on Gunnar as their third. It started as fun but the three really like each other 🥰
And lastly, Queenie! She loves nothing more then to sleep, eat, and all of the above! I love how her design turned out. I was trying to make her look hella old, but she looks like a chow chow lol. I messed with the idea of making an original dog breed not too long ago. Big inspiration from the Mabari from Dragon Age. These behemoth dogs are VERY popular companions in all parts of the world. Like other domestic dog breeds they were domesticated from wolves... maybe? Their true origin is unknown, but the story goes that they were domesticated by the goddess Wuldir(goddess of beasts and the hunt) herself and was gifted to her first champion. Confusing lineage aside, they're well known for their devotion and loyalty for their master. Queenie is no different. She might be super old and chunky and lethargic because of her age, but she'll throw down for her papas! Even Gunnar!
