I wanted to make a lil backstory hehe:
Fluttershy had asked a few times if Rainbow wanted to be little with her, but Rainbow was skeptical, she always thought it would be to embarrassing to be little around other ponies, but after spending enough time looking after her own little (Fluttershy) she built up the courage and asked if she could join in and be little with her, of course she said yes, Flutters was so excited! while Fluttershy went foalshopping for her marefriend, she setup a playdate for Dashie with Pinkie.
After she got over her initial embarrassment, Rainbow started having lots of fun! she was using all borrowed stuff like, pacis, diapees, bottle, and toys, from Fluttershy, but that was fine. She was having so much fun, she couldn't wait to be little with Flutters.
