An amazing Design for my balloon Birdy by FinalCord ^v^
He looks so light, more Birdy and Balloon like too
Making me think I could use a "re"design like it, as it does make them feel more balloon like as said before, with the air chambers and Birdy looks, going From bulky / "chubby" to more lighter / Birdy ^v^
(canonical Puffadee can semi morph their bodies)
So with more FinalCord's Birdy legs and thighs, the new look of the arms, the Latias ears, wings, and but hidden the 3 balloon tail feathers and Latias tail
