Background:
Omen's body is made of both light (white) and dark (black) energy. He believes that the end justifies the means, and will do whatever is needed to achieve his goal. While he can control both, Omen can only use light or dark energy at a given time but can shift his energy balance through summoning circles. As he harnesses dark energy, his white markings receded to the moon on his back and his body becomes black. While the reverse happens when he uses light energy, he tries to avoid both extremes as he believes true power will come from mastering both and being able to meld them together at once.
