I managed to write a bit of a flash fiction to accompany:





“-oh, we’re hearing new sounds- it looks like everyone is getting a distance away!” Riley commentated as she watched a man in a bomb squad suit of armour sprint out of the warehouse. “Oh wow, he looks really excited, the police are all ducking down, I think they may have saved the d-”    



KABOOM!     



The rush of hot air almost threw Jill off her feet, sent Trevor stumbling, and the yellow cordon of tape lashing as a boom roared across the city. Standing closest to the warehouse of explosives, Riley flinched as the wave of heat, force and pressure rolled over her, no more painful than a steamroller or cliff dive, both of which she had prior experience getting hit by.
