Zelophbog
The Black Body, The White Mind, and The Golden Spirit

(They are made of multiple Dragons who have long forgotten their original identities before becoming Zelophbog)
Background: Zelophbog was one of Dr. Bhaal's original and greatest experiments, but also greatest failures, from roughly 1600 years before current events. Had they succeeded Zelophbog would have been like a God, but something about their creation was unstable and collapses before they were complete and were split into 3 parts:
The Black Body, Dead but still living
The White Mind, The raw embodiment of thought
and The Golden Spirit, The tangled Souls of 7 fused Dragons
Bhaal managed to trap the body and keep the mind, but the Spirit is now missing.
Personality (Spirit): The Spirit has no mind or ability to make sense of the world around it, it's actions are very sporadic and impulsive, and they are extremely reactive to the emotions of other creatures around them but no ability to regulate it's emotions, almost like a young child. Every mood it experiences are strong enough to have wide spreading environmental effects.
Weaknesses (Spirit): Bodiless, Mindless, Hyper Reactive
Powers (Spirit): Empathic Emotional Presence
The Spirit reacts to the emotions of those around it so strongly that it's power can change the environment around it to reflect whatever it's feeling like an emotional natural disaster, as well as forcing Dragons and other creatures to feel the same emotion as it.

The Spirit has near-limitless energy existing as a being of pure Spiritual Power and the strongest connection to whatever original power they would have had when combined and completed
Control (Spirit): NA/10
It has no control over its power

Combat Ability (Spirit): 10/10
The Spirit can not be touched in claw to claw combat being entirely a spiritual being. Acts of aggression and anger against it are sure to fail because it can just reflect those emotions as power back on it's attacker
