ive been thinking about getting my septum done too, does it hurt as bad as i think its going to?

Septum piercing is the most intense pain of any piercing. The BAD pain lasts for a few seconds, then goes to a moderate burn that is bearable. after about 1 -2 weeks there's relatively no pain at all. Each day the pain is MUCH less than the day before. I've had mine done for about 6 months now.

eep... ive had a labret for about a year now, and my ears are gauged to 00. Ive been really thinking about a septum. But for some reason i keep chickening out Thanks for the info.

I'm gauged to a 7/16 right now. next I'll get one of those BIG wooden spools put in my lower lip and then stretch my neck real long with those brass rings!

OH MY GOD YES. I think it might of been really bad for me because I have a bump in my nose, but that was the only piercing I've cried during.

I didn't cry, but my fingers and toes curled into hard claw-like knots from the pain. Then I spent about a week sneezing every couple of minutes, 24/7!

I'm completely hetero. My wife of 38 years died a year ago of breast cancer. I've been celibate ever since. Well actually, I've been celibate for several years because of her cancer, but I've stayed hetero.

My gauginf hurt almost as bad , but not quite. I'm on my 3rd gauging. I plan to go up to about 1 inch.

I just got a 70 acre farm with a two acre lake and TWO vacant house I am going to fix up and clean and live in. I'll hunt fish and trap for food, and raise a BIG garden and have chickens for eggs and peacocks for.....PEACOCKS...OMG! They sell baby peas for about 20 bucks apiece.

Peafowl eat snakes and spiders...and their feathers......Ahhhhhhh! I have done arts and crafts for almost 40 years now, and am a master crocheter. I will also get Guinea Fowl, those medium sized black and white speckled, turkey-headed birds. They LOVE to eat ticks and spiders and make EXTREMELY lod screeching noises whenever a stranger or predator comes into their territory. They are LITERALLY guard and pest control birds! That is a Guinea Fowl feather in my hat in the picture.
