At the top of the lift, there is a rotating platform that completes a full 360° turn. The rotation is accompanied by statues, whose lasers and lights activate as the boat points toward them, along with themed sound effects.
The concept is that of an ancient ritual — the statues are meant to represent some kind of “lesser deities” or “guardians” of this fantasy world, designed to resemble dinosaurs. Each one represents one of the four elements: fire, water, air, and earth.
Once the “ritual” ends and the platform completes its rotation, the front gate opens and the boat is launched forward, down the figure-eight drop like a giant slide.
NOTE: The game doesn't allow decorating the rotating platform.
As for the statues, I used my custom models of the Saurians of Enchantia — the water statue is supposed to be me, or rather, my dinosaur persona. A small Easter egg!
