Here’s a folvontutum drawing of Sushi cuddling with Jrr’lin Tidekenner, the Dancing Bear’s river pilot and also Matriarch-to-Be of the Long River branch of the Tidekenner clan. Jrr’lin is a master pilot, but she was on pregnancy leave until her cousin Skritch persuaded her to accept a guide commission clear through to HightsHame, in Metagonia. Jrr’lin’s kits will be born long before she can make it back to her home in Bog Bight, but that’s ok. She has a private cabin she’s sharing with her daughter Swrr’lin, who will help her with birthing and kit care.

As a certified River Pilot, Jrr’lin is authorized to give critical orders even to the ship’s captain, Skritch Pelagos. She’s not on duty right now, though, and is looking forward to spending a bit of quality time with her kitsune fox friend. Is your question important?
