In this episode of Johnny Test, Susan and Mary inject Dukey's DNA inside Johnny to see how long it will take for dog DNA to transform a human's DNA. Very quickly, the changes slowly come, like brown fur growing on Johnny’s body and his face extending out to a muzzle. But the girls warn Johnny not to let the transformation expand too far, or else he won’t be able to turn back. And of course, Johnny being Johnny, he lets the transformation progress too far, and by the time he goes back to the girls, his body is completely turned into Dukey, as his clothes begin to tear, his mind starts to go, and his voice changes as he starts barking. The actual Dukey is confused because he has human intelligence, so you’d think since Johnny is turning into him, his mind would be like Dukey's at the very least. But before Dukey got human intelligence from Susan and Mary, he was just a normal barking dog, and that’s exactly what Johnny is turning into. The girls say to the real Dukey that they can give Johnny human intelligence like they did with him, but he won’t be the same; he will basically think and sound exactly like Dukey. Unfortunately, that’s the best they can do, so they give Johnny-Dukey human intelligence. Then they remember they have a cloaking hologram device that can make someone look and sound exactly like another person, so they use that on Johnny-Dukey to make him look exactly like Johnny. Although, behind the hologram, he’s actually Dukey, and that is how the episode ends.
