Ramon has feeling for Artisan, and he knows there sister Shimmer can be a little protective, so he decided to befriend her first given she knows he was raised by Sombra. Ramon went into her room and found some pictures of stars and planets, so he decided to put them into poetry as a way to express himself.
He called her onto the roof during a starry night to read her some of his poetry. Despite his cold personality she never knew he had a soft spot for poetry. Looks like Garble annoyed given he does poetry also and at least Smolder happy to see someone else whose a poet.
