Oookay let me explain. Kay originally had a completely different look and personality, but she got into trouble with G.U.N so she was reprogrammed and had her entire look changed. The old Kay was merged with this Kay though, and the old one was always trying to escape/take over the body that's rightfully hers. Kay sees the old Kay in her reflection and punches the mirror, hoping to 'shatter' her old life.
